Businesses, schools and early childhood agencies
Business membership with Auckland Libraries is designed for use by businesses, schools and early childhood agencies that are located within Auckland Council region. Membership must be renewed annually.
The business nominates a representative as the person responsible for the membership and permission to enrol is provided by the organisation in the form of a letter on corporate letterhead. Schools may apply for more than one membership and a representative is required for each.

Resthomes and group care facilities
Institutional membership is for resthomes and other group care facilities which are located in the Auckland region.
The group care facility nominates a representative as the person responsible for the membership and permission to enrol is provided by the organisation in the form of a letter on corporate letterhead. Contact your local library to discuss terms and conditions.
Special membership is available to Auckland residents who cannot travel to a library due to advancing age or permanent disability, and who have no alternative means of obtaining library material.
