Auckland Anniversary talking portraits
Kia ora koutou,
It is indeed appropriate that we should briefly acknowledge these tūpuna who have been given movement and voice once again. Greetings to all of you.
These stories feature portraits from the Auckland Libraries Heritage Images collection and paintings and photographs from other collections including the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki. View the Lindauer online collection.
They were created by Inside Out Productions for ‘The Story of Auckland’, an installation displayed at Shed 10 during Auckland Anniversary weekend (24 - 26 January 2015).
