Printing, photocopying and scanning

​All of our libraries offer printing, scanning and photocopying services.

To print from one of our computers or your own device, you need to log in with your library card barcode number and PIN.

Printing and photocopying

You can print or photocopy in black and white or colour, in A4 or A3 size.

Before printing or photocopying, you need to add money to your account.



Printing from a library computer or personal device

You can send documents to one of our printers from a library computer or from your own device, while in a library or from home.

  1. Log in to Web print with your library card number and PIN.  

  2. Make your changes, including paper size, to the document before uploading.

  3. Click 'Select files' and upload your documents.

  4. Default print settings are black and white, one-sided, 1 copy, A4. To print in colour, select your document and click 'Change job attributes’.

  5. Log on to a printer at one of our libraries to print your document. Print jobs expire after 24 hours.


Tip

Money in your account will remain until you use it.

Scanning

You can use the photocopying machines at our libraries to scan to an email address or your USB stick, free of charge.
