Auckland Libraries: Your vote counts

Your vote counts

Our friendly, community librarians have put together everything you need to understand and prepare for the 2020 General Election. These factual and impartial resources and information will help you learn more about New Zealand's voting system (MMP) and support you in making informed choices when casting your vote.

Voting closes on Saturday 17 October at 7pm. There are voting places all over Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, including in many of our libraries and Auckland Council community facilities.
Visit to find a voting place that is convenient for you.

How we can help

Visit any library to access free WiFi or use our public computers to enrol to vote or update your enrollment details online.
