Adult yoga on Sundays

Every Sunday 11am to 12pm Free

Join us for a fun and exciting basic, easy to practice Yoga class, to build strength, clear the mind and invigorate the spirit.

Yoga poses are known to have beneficial outcomes for our mind, body and spirit. Through them, we inherit increased flexibility and strength, improved coordination and balance, as well as improved endurance while maintaining harmony through gentle movements that instil awareness and mindfulness.

Styles taught include Iyengar, Vinyasa, Pwer & Yin Yoga combinations. 

Stretch. tone & strengthen through a variety of asanas.

Facilitated by: Liz Kerr. 

No booking required. Please wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring along a bottle of water and your yoga mat.
