Adult yoga on Sundays

Every Sunday 11am to 12pm Free

Join us for a fun and exciting basic, easy to practice Yoga class, to build strength, clear the mind and invigorate the spirit.

Yoga poses.
Yoga poses are known to have beneficial outcomes for our mind, body and spirit. Through them we inherit increased flexibility and strength, improved co-ordination and balance, as well as improved endurance while maintaining harmony through gentle movements that instil awareness and mindfulness. 

Facilitated by: Vikas Rana • No booking required. • Please wear comfortable loose clothing. • If you have a yoga mat please feel free to bring it, otherwise there will be some available to use.
