This workshop is a 1-hour interactive workshop designed for kids aged between 6-13 years. In the workshop, Inna shares skills through storytelling on how to be more mindful about their values, beliefs and their self-talk.

By observing the way we view our world through our belief systems, we can support ourselves in changing what holds us back. Inna will share:
  • A vibrant fun story (kids relate more and learn through stories where they don't feel lectured).
  • Kids have the power within themselves to have positive self-talk to achieve the life they desire.
  • A fun activity making a paper aeroplane to display how supportive beliefs guide us in achieving our goals and limiting beliefs hold us back.
  • Take home material to keep practising.
Please note registration is required since places are limited and caregivers are required. Please RSVP by clicking the button below.

Sign your kids up for Dare to Explore to complete fun challenges these school holidays or register them for Kia Māia te Whai, our holiday programme in te reo Māori with exciting activities for tamariki that reflect te ao Māori.
