Such are the dimensions of this late work of Mozart that Toru will be playing only this piece of music in the concert.

Consisting of 6 movements, including 2 minuet and trios, the work features one of Mozart's most endearing set of variations.

Written during a time of severe financial hardship, but incredible creative productivity and invention, the K.563 string trio is a true masterpiece, and the only string trio Mozart finished completely by himself.

Commonly performed in an abridged version, this is a chance to hear the work - full of contrasting and captivating musical elements - with the sense of space and scale Mozart intended.

Join Toru o te Motu on an epic undertaking of one of Mozart's truly great works.
