Gabrielle was also a brilliant arranger who loved jazz and folk music. After her death in 2017, her wish was fulfilled and the CD of ‘The Waitakere Suite’ was realized. Join us during Heritage Month for a presentation by Dora Green (producer of the CD) and Sylvia La Trobe, colleagues and friends of Gay’s, who will talk about her life and give the opportunity to hear excerpts of the Suite.
