Seniors dance

Dancing has numerous positive effects - increased health, fun, and enjoyment while also proven to strengthen memory and thinking processes. Dance is fun way to develop balance, coordination, joint mobility and muscle strength.

Come along and try a free class run by Sue MacRae an experienced choreographer and professional dance teacher.
