Nutrition for mental health

As a Clinical Nutritionist, Elise works with a diverse range of individuals, including those with very sensitive digestive systems and mental health concerns, to rebalance the microbiome and improve digestion using natural food-based approaches.

This talk will aim to highlight some key nutritional factors influencing mental health, to clarify some common misconceptions and present some new perspectives around foods, mental health, digestion and the microbiome. The talk will last around one hour and include some practical food-based tips for the listener to take away and some Q&A time.
