This talk is for everyone, so whether your diet is already enriched with delicious plant foods or you’re just veg-curious - come along, have a chat, ask questions and share some recipes and tips! Facilitated by Amanda Sorrenson, National Coordinator for The New Zealand Vegan Society, and Dr Mark Craig, who is well known in the whole food plant-based community and has been featured in the NZ media as an expert on the topic of the vegan diet. His work utilises the huge body of published quality scientific evidence, particularly regarding nutrition, to help prevent and treat our common Western diseases.
