Chamber music for string orchestra brought to you by talented students from Auckland Grammar School reflecting the songs and sounds of Auckland.

Grammar Virtuosi will present a diverse concert showcasing music from a variety of different periods. Using historically accurate replica bows and harpsichord, Virtuosi will begin with repertoire from the Baroque period, including the quirky Battalia by Franz Biber.

The programme will also include music by Clara Schumann, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, and local composers Chris Adams and David Hamilton.
