What happens to my data?

Your responses may be included in national reports or shared with library networks, but all data will be treated with confidentiality and used only for research and reporting purposes.

Do I need to create a survey account?

No. The SurveyMonkey platform may offer to make an account at the end of the survey, but your answers will already be submitted and you do not need to create one. 

Can I take the survey on paper?

Yes, please visit any Auckland Council Library to pick up and submit a physical copy of this survey.
