Our online help resources on Niche Academy cover a wide range of basic digital skills and topics. Find out how to use Microsoft Word, access eCollections (like eBooks and eMagazines), create a Gmail account and more.

Internet access support

If you’re not online at home because cost is a barrier, we can help you access low-cost internet through Skinny Jump .

Our staff can check if you’re eligible for Skinny Jump and help you get set up with a free modem and an account. Call Te Māpuna / Library Connect on 09 377 0209 or ask at your local library.
