Friendly, fun, fruitful yoga!
Join us for a fun and exciting basic yoga class that's easy to practice. Sivananda style is to build strength, clear the mind and invigorate the spirit. Yoga poses are known to have beneficial outcomes for our mind, body and spirit. Through them we gain increased flexibility and strength, improved co-ordination and balance and improved endurance. This is while maintaining harmony through gentle movements that instil awareness and mindfulness.
