Follow this guide to access uLibrary eAudiobooks on smartphone or tablet.

1. Download the uLibrary app to your device. The app runs on smartphones and tablets running iOS 9.3 and above or Android 5.0 and above.
   

   
   

   
   
2. Select Auckland Libraries from the drop-down list of available libraries. Enter your library card barcode number and PIN/password, the same login details you use for your library account.
   

Tip

Forgot PIN/password? Reset it.

No library card? Become a library member.



3. You will be asked to agree to the Ulverscroft terms and conditions.
   
4. To browse titles, tap the eAudiobooks icon from the menu. Or tap the Search icon to search for a book. 
   
5. Tap Borrow on available books and then Confirm to check out the item. If the loan is successful you will be taken to the eAudiobook listen screen. Tap Reserve on books that are currently on loan to add the book to your Reserves list.
